Persistence of shared calendars

I'm setting a shared calendar via SWA.
The config is the following. A user has to manage the calendar of another user.
So, I make a login with a user, add the second as the propretary of the calendar using the property tab, logout, login as the second user, add the calendar of the first user with the red link (add calendar of other users I think, I use the italian localization), save the property.
Now I can see the calendar of the first user.
But when i try to reopen SWA as the second user, sometimes the setting remains, but often the setting is lost, and I have to redo the task.
How can i make the setting persistent?

Hi, I realize this response is very late but I came across the question when looking for something else and thought I'd reply in case others have the same trouble.

In addition to adding the other user's calendar, you need to click
Tools -> Add Additional Mailboxes and add the other user's mailbox (even if you do not have access to their Inbox or other folders).
Once their mailbox is added to your account, the calendar will be permanently added until you remove it yourself.
