Webmail disappeared

Hi,

using CE, had a user separate the to addresses with commas. An error (I guess) dialog appeared, he clicked it away without remembering exactly what it said, something aobut sendto or sendmail. The message appeared in the outbox briefly and disappeared. Not in sent items, not in the sendmail log. Not anywhere.

Any clues as to what happened?

Figured out what happened, just not sure how to advert it.

If email addresses are separated by commas, then you get an error:

methodName=send with an OK button. The Outbox show a new item, then it disappears. No email was sent. Nothing in the logs (AFAIK) and sendmail didn't get it either.

Is this a known bug? Is there a way to work around this without dumping messages into the abyss?
