Scalix Admin Console - Group information could not be saved

Hello,

I am trying to add an alias to one of our existing groups and I get this message when I try to save the changes in the SAC, "The group information could not be saved". I am not sure where to check to fix this but the SAC is not working properly. An solutions are greatly appreciated.

quick question,
did you add the user at the same time ?

I had the same problem, add user > next > add user to group
and the same error.
I was out of premium licenses , when I did the same process
to add a non-premium license it works fine...it's a bug
(should give you a real error like your out of licenses)

After I created the group called Human Resources, I tried to add an alias called hr and that is when the message popped up.

Hhhhmmm. Does the alias need to have a user account created as well?? I didn't think of creating a user account with non-premium access. I will try to create a user account with non-premium status and then see if it will add the alias to the Human Resouces group.

that sounds more like the error message is popping up generically
yes you need to add a alias to a real account
