Server didn't send back a valid XML response

The error message in the subject keeps happening to myself and another user on a random basis. It doesn't happen all the time, but if it does I end up having to exit SWA and loggin back in. The other user wasn't having this issue until I upgraded him to a Premium user account. Once he was a premium user, he started having issues with getting his message. The only way to solve it is it log out and log back into SWA. Does anyone else see this issue?
I'm running 11.4 on CentOS 5.2

Look in the tomcat logs to see what the server thinks is happening...

Hi there,
we got the same problem from time to time with this XML Errors.
Haven't got really time to check the logs, because we got serious problems with the whole search-function in SWA and this need to be solved first.
But I really would appreciate any solutions or hints to this XML Problem too .
Bye,
Markus

Ok, I've upgraded from 11.4 to 11.4.2 and today (monday) was the first day that I've started using the upgraded version. I've been using it since 8:00am and it's now almost 5:00pm and I haven't had that error come up yet. It usually pops up at least once or twice a day. Seems like the 11.4.2 upgrade might have fixed the issue. I'll post more if anything else happens.
