Client corrupted special folders?

We recently migrated a couple users from one scalix server to another and have been receiving error messages in the web client. Each user has a different set of corrupted folders. Any ideas on how to fix?

One of the errors says;

A potential error has been detected with your account. The following list of special folders may be corrupt.

[Calendar, sent]

Please notify your system administrator about the problem.

I'm wondering if this problem is related to your other post that I just replied to suggesting running omcheck. If you are still having troubles after omcheck let us know. There are a couple of other suggestions, but one step at a time.
