Adding multiple functions to a rule

Postby jonnydoom » Thu Apr 29, 2010 5:59 am

Hi Scalix peeps!
I have set up a rule to send an auto reply to certain senders which works and currently looks like this:

1. Actions -"Reply using specific message".
2. Conditions - "Sent to | me@me.co.uk"
- "From sender | is | you@me.co.uk"

This rule works great and the auto reply is sent out. However if I try to add another sender to the list, neither of the addresses receive my email address.
I want it to look like this:

1. Actions -"Reply using specific message".
2. Conditions - "Sent to | me@me.co.uk"
- "From sender | is | you@me.co.uk"
- "From sender | is | them@me.co.uk"

Is there a way I can enable an action against muliple conditions? The only way I have managed to get it working is by adding a new rule for every sender I want the auto reply to respond to, as you can imagine, my list of active rules is going to get very big!

Thanks in advance!

hi,

yes you can do this with ";" between the email address.
create the rule and in the field which you have add the address you@me.co.uk
add now the second,too!
e.g you@me.co.uk ; them@me.co.uk
