Single user can't login to web access

Hi all,

I need some help/advice.

I've got a user that's having problems logging into the web access. When he logs in, it take about 2-3 mins to log in and then sometimes it will only show the first 10 or so emails and sometimes will show nothing. If i try other folders i get the same. Everything is working fine on his local outlook.

Now I'm no expert on scalix so I'm not sure where i should be looking. I can log in as other users and those accounts come up fast and no problems which tells me its down to this 1 account. I'm currently waiting on the audit log to stop processing to have a look through there.

If anyone can offer any advice on this. As i said I'm no expert on scalix so I'm not sure on any commands i should try running..

I've tried the above and didn't resolve to much.

I've tried looking at the omscan but didn't return anything promising.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Not sure... I would've thought that script would've fixed it. Have you tried a regular IMAP client (thunderbird perhaps)?
