swa windows vista/7 popup blocker

Hi,

I have upgraded our server to V 11.4.6 over the holiday. Now users with Windows Vista and Windows7 (with latest IE 8 ) popup blocker will not allow SWA to open up even if they specifically add the server IP address to the popup blocker to allow settings via Tools/popup blocker settings.

When I connect with GoToAssist remote desktop support, it auto_magically works! These are all user's personal home computers. Our corporate PCs are all Windows XP which have no problems.

I don't have a Vista or Win7 test computer so I can't test it myself (cheap IT department).

Any suggestions?

Do other websites where the pop-up blocker gets activated have the same issue?
I just tested this with windows 7 and Internet explorer 8 without any issues.

Turns out that 90% of our users are extremely stupid. I had to give support to about 125 users on how to delete cache and cookies and how to open and close their browser! Simple instructions were not good enough, it was an extremely frustrating week.

On a good note, version 11.4.6 runs GREAT, I also like the additional calendar features.
