Sent items not showing any new messages since June 2008

Postby Evalua » Wed Jul 01, 2009 8:20 pm

We've got one user that has seemingly broken their sent items folder. No new messages sent since about June 2008 are going into that folder.

No other users are reporting this problem

Messages are being sent correctly and get delivered but they dont appear in the sent items folder.

omshowlog only shows the following error message for this user's session:

Code: Select all

WARNING                        IMAP Server Da(IMAP Server Pr) 07.02.09 09:55:41

I'm not sure where to start looking into this problem, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I reset the cache however after resetting the users cache and running omtidyu the user is now unable to login, all other users seem to be ok.

The only thing different about this user is that he uses outlook 2000 to access and send emails using IMAP.
