a user is unable to login to swa "an error has occured..."

We've got a single user that is unable to login to swa. They get a "an error has occured please contact the system administrator" error message.

They are able to login and retrieve/send mail using outlook/IMAP and only SWA seems to not work.

This problem started after I rebuilt the smartcache and SIS through the scalix administration console in order to solve another problem this user was experiencing when being unable to see new emails in the sent items box (only old emails from 2007 were in this box).

omshowlog shows the following error however this error was appearing for the user before (when he was able to login successfully)

Any tips on what to do to solve this problem would be appreciated
