Adding an image to a signature

Our company recently changed our email standard to include an image in the email signature that all employees must send with their emails. It works great in outlook, but it came to my attention that there is no way to set it up in SWA. I tried sticking an img html tag, sourcing the image on one of our web servers, but it didn't work. Any ideas? Thanks. -stephan

I got the same problem like you, i have to add an picture into the signature!
Mayby you solute the problem.

What I have done (its mentioned somewhere on this forum), is to put the signature image files online somewhere (externally accessible), then open the signature preferences in SWA, and open the image you want in another window. Copy the image from the IE window that contains it (select it, and press ctrl-c), then go to the IE window where the signature preferences are and paste it in (ctrl-v).

These instructions are probably unclear, but I hope you'll figure out waht I am trying to say.

but i have to configure a signature for all m mail users (300)
a global unique signature should be the best way!!

1. The image must be accessible on the internet
2. In SWA click Tools -> Options -> Composing Mail -> Edit signature
3. In the area where you can compose your signature, put a string similar to the following:
<img src="http://scalix.com/images/logo.gif"></img>
But of course use the URL for your own image
5. LOG OUT and log back in (this is where I kept messing up)
6. Magic happens.
