Hi all, I'm using version 11.4.3 of scalix and I have a strange problem in the scalix web access. I have a user who show me a search result that have missing email. Example, in the search field I type John Doe, it opens a new window and list me all the emails of John Doe, if I sort all the emails by date I can see the email of today, yesterday, 2 days ago, but the one from 3 days ago is missing, and the other ones that he sent to me are all there. At the same time in my Inbox I check and the missing email of 3 days ago is there. Can someone show me how to trouble shoot this problem? Thanks
