SWA Problems

I ran a reboot yesterday. Now I have several users receiving a "password incorrect error" when attempting to login. It seems to be a random problem. I reset the password through SAC ith no positive results. I ran omshowu and everything looks fine. I ran omstat -a and -s and all necessary services have started.

Any help would be appreciated

Are the users by any chance locked try omshowu -m mail -l. If they are you can run ommodu -o "username" -k to unlock them.

That was the first thing I tried with no success. Looking at the omshowu results the user account is the same as the other that can be accessed.

I rebboted two days ago. Last night this account and one other became inaccessible from SWA.

Looks like backing up the mailbox, deleting the user account, recreating the user account and restoring the user mbox works for this issue.
