Unable to access SAC

I'm not able to login into SAC, even with using the correct account/password.

The error I receive is;
Could Not Login
Could not fetch configuration information
Possible problem with administration server

How can solve this issue? I'm using Scalix 11.4

There is many threads about this, and most of them start with "Please send us more information". So please send us what you see in the logs, and what steps you have already tried. Just going on that it's hard to say what the issue can be.
