Apache Tomcat Integration

Is there a document somewhere which outlines how to integrate these two correctly?

I know that I can move Tomcat to port 80, and that works great, but in order for the Rules Wizard to work, I need Apache running on port 80, which means that Tomcat should be left alone, and linked.
