instance-$host.conf missing after upgrade

after an upgrade to 11.4.2 a customer called me during the weekend that the swa does not work anymore and today i realized that the /etc/opt/scalix-tomcat/connector/ajp/instance-$host.conf file is missing.

i tried to replace it with another host running CentOS 5.2 and simply changed the hostname but this did not work.

also reconfigrung scalix-tomcat and scalix-webmail with the scalix-installer did not work either.

any hints ?

edit: After uninstall and reinstallation of all web components the instance file reappeared, but the apache tries to connect to /var/www/html/webmail

Try changing the Include line in /etc/httpd/conf.d/scalix-tomcat-connector.conf:
