Large Fonts for seeing impaired.

I have been switching all users to the SWA of scalix instead of Tbird or outlook. This has been going very well until I ran into a person that has vision issues with the small size of the font that comes on the SWA. I was wondering if there was a way to increase the overall size of all text in SWA? Would this need to be a theme change? I tried changing the users screen resolution, but because they have a laptop, the screen became blurred when you decreased the resolution and lost the crispness. I larger fontset would be a great addition for the seeing impaired.

I just took a look on a test server, and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to do this, so I think you're looking at a new theme.
