Propertiesmenue of Users missing

Hi @all,

we just found that some properties settings in the user's SWA are missing.
Usually if you go to the properties menue you've got a center frame with the detail infos and a left navigation frame for the different types of properties.
The left frame ist still there, but it is empty :-(

So the Users have only access to the general properties page.

About 2 month ago we upgraded to Version 11.4.1.11592

I am not sure if this issue could be related to this upgrade.

Does anyone have any suggestions ?

Could anyone post the sourceof a working preferences page, so that I could search for differences ?

Maybe I have one more hint.

When I try to open the preferences, the apache logs the following error :

0.0.0.0 - - [08/Oct/2008:18:55:03 +0200] "GET /webmail/jsthemes/-2778113808653498338.js HTTP/1.1" 404 420 "http://server.domain.tld/webmail/dlg_Preferences.jsp?locale=de_DE" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.9.0.2) Gecko/2008091620 Firefox/3.0.2"

In fact, there is no directory called "jsthemes".

Does anyone else have such a direcotory ?
What should be there ?

have you try to reinstall the scalix swa service?

I've just upgraded to 11.4.2 and it solved the problem. :roll:
