SWA printing email

when i print an email in SWA in IE7 with the email in preview mode (normal window, not double clicked and opened on its own), the font is EXTREMELY small. When the email is opened in its own window (double clicked) it prints fine.

All other websites/programs print fine (no font issues). Firefox prints properly whether the email is open in its own window or not. I haven't tested other browsers.

Ideas?

Actually, that fix doesn't work. We're tried it and several variations.

Current work around we are using will be to double click the e-mail message to open it in a new window. This view prints with normal font sizes. The standard "preview" view prints in small font.
