Here's a sanitized excerpt from the jakarta logs:
2006-01-09 15:05:40 StandardContext[/webmail]ip: 10.0.0.178; username: First.Last@somewhere.com; message: Could not write SOAP response: java.io.IOException: The character '^D' is an invalid XML character
So when the user logs in via the web browser he gets an error about "The server failed to send back valid XML. Contact your e-mail administrator and report this message."
It seems like the <ctrl>D character must be in his inbox somewhere, but I don't know how to find that, or go about fixing it afterwards. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Emikl
