Hi --- mail in Japanese is OK if it's html. But not OK when it is encoded as "text" using ISO-2022-JP. Just shows garbage in message (although subject is fine!).
If sent using UTF8, no problem, but many Japanese clients use text encoded as 2022.
Is this a bug? Or a mapping issue that I could address? I've hunted and played a bit - but no success.
