accents, ñ and attachments from BB

Hi,
i have BES Express with 11 BB's
when i send a mail from my BB with ñ or accents, in the destination, it view wrong.
I can't attach any file from BB. I can forward messages with attachments but no one new.

i have the same problem with german accents (öäüß), i also have BESX

i have a support ticket open since May 2010 (!) and finally after sking me most of the questions multiple times finally in November they accepted it as a bug and said "they are working on it". it is very frustrating.

if there will ever be a sign of life from xandros on scalix then i guess they might fix it 2015 or so. i have almost given up now.

in my case, if you send a mail with only one character in body, like ñ or á, mail show ok, but if you write niño, or miércoles, at destination show wrong, but no with subject.
