When I try to add a user to active sync it tells me- ommodu : [OM 8114] Could not get a license to configure this user. I ran sxlicense -u and it tells me Can ActiveSync: 12 even though the license reads that we have 100 enabled active sync users. What can I do to fix this?

sxlicense |grep -i activesync
and

sxlicense -u
