Do you have examples of the ´bad´ contact entries that need to be re-entered?

We have a couple of users whose phones work fine for other accounts but not for their own account. Testing your solutions so far:

just stopping their session
removing everything from imap-cache

- no difference

stopping all their sessions
removing everything from imap-cache
restarting scalix-tomcat

next will be to omscan
remove everything from imap-cache
restart scalix-tomcat
