Not with activesync, because Scalix has to pay MS for the license to use it.

You can use iCal for free though.

You can sync Outlook to a Google calendar for with Scalix for free. And then you can sync your iPhone with Google calendar for free. That's how I do it for the calendar. I use imap for email and I don't sync my contacts.

You can also sync Outlook via funmbol plugin to for example scheduleworld (or any other syncml provider like memtoo).
This works for contacts, tasks and calendar.
Then on the iPhone install the (in my opinion great) synthesis syncml client and set it up to sync with scheduleworld and off you go..

We have good success with the following setup:

- Calendar directly connected via CalDav (http://www.scalix.com/wiki/index.php?title=TB/TB-2008-01-CALDAV)
- For contact sync we use funambol

The main problem with iPhone is, that applications don't have access to the calendar data. (Restrictions defined by apple)
So you have to use one of the built in ways to access it. This is why there can't be a syncml connector which does all in one step.
