iPhone Contact Birthday not sync

Hi all
All Contacts are synced without Problems, all known Fields will be synchronised, expect Birthday?
Because when we add a New Contact on Outlook and add a Birthday to the Entry all Data of the New Contact is on the iPhone but no Birthday. Why not?
Is there a List of Fields that ActiveSync for Scalix synchronise and is the Birthday one of the Field or not?
I don' see any Error Messages on the Server or something.
