ActiveSync Question

I'm a long-time Scalix user (since 10.2 anyway) and love it..

I've installed CE version into various charities in the UK - much nicer than a certain other product i could mention ;)

Anyway, a quick question re: ActiveSync... am i right in thinking it is only available to the commercial versions of Scalix, and not the community edition?
The reason i ask is cos one of the managers would like to be able to get their email and diary real-time whilst in fund raising meetings etc.

thanks

chris

Yes, it is only available for Commercial versions. There are "solutions" for certain mobile devices. I use an iPhone and have everything I want in virtual real-time. What type of device are they using?

I love using imap personally. I have all of my email accounts (3 different servers) setup using imap and then I sync my contacts manually and use Google Calendar as a go-between for the calendar. Everything but my contacts is virtually live.
