ActiveSync Trial Problems

I have set up ActiveSync with a temporary (trial) license, however, I am not able to use it. The errors are below. I'm questioning whether these errors are licensing issues, configuration issues, or both. Can anyone provide any insight?

what's your output of

sxlicense
and
sxlicense -u

have you enabled active sync for the user, i.e. what does

omshowu for the user you are trying as display?

I too am having authentication issues... I have been able to get an "old school" IPhone v2 to work and all is great with that. However, for the Helio Ocean (ver. 1 & 2), all users are receiving a HTTP 401 error, which can be seen in the wireless logs on the server.

I have not had a chance to try any other types.

I am licensed for 20 users on a temporary basis before we look to purchase. I hope to try another IPhone user to at least ensure that it will allow more than one user to authenticate.

Is there anyone else out there with Helio Ocean that has a trick that I should know? Is there an issue with ActiveSync and the Helio Ocean that works in some instances and not in others (it did make the supported device list). This would be very helpful in swaying us into purchasing and will help to squash the Exchange chants by upper management.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

### UPDATE ###

Was able to get an IPod touch to sync right up with ActiveSync. Appears to be Helio-specific... Anyone out there able to get the Helio to work?

I can certainly confirm that multiple iPhones work well. In our own org, we have about 10 iPhone users permanently working against a single server, including myself.
