ActiveSync with Palm phones

I have a Trial version of Scalix ActiveSync setup on a secondary server. I can sucessfully test the ActiveSync option using a Windows Mobile phone and all Emai/Contacts/Calender items sync correctly.

I can not get this working on our Palm 755p phones. The phones are setup using the IP address of the ActiveSync server using port 80 (I do not have a SSL Cert on this test server). I can see traffic going across the firewall but they seem to simply timeout. I get the following error on the PALM with Versamail:

Does anyone know of any changes to fix this or is it currently imcompatible. I was also looking for another ActiveSync compatible client that I might be able to load on the Palm if possible, assuming this is all an issue with Versamail.

We haven't actively tested Versamail given it's dropped market share.

You may want to set logging to DEBUG or TRACE level (for both wireless and wireless-activity), as you may see more of what the phone is trying to do when connecting.

if you're commercial customer and have a support entitlement, you may as well open a support ticket with Scalix Technical Support.
