If we allow email to be directly delivered to a public folder, the public folder will not be updated to reflect new messages unless the user explicitly selects that folder.
For important inbound messages, this means the user is often unaware that they have recieved new messages.
I searched bugzilla, but I didn't see anything. However I did hit a few restricted access bugs.
Is anyone aware of an open bug for this? I know it's been discussed on the forums historically.
Client is using 11.2 with no cache against a 11.2 server.
