first make a copy of the mailbox, then use omcontain to delete the rogue folder.

in omconatin, open the user mailbox, then use the "lm" command to list mapi properties. You will see output that contains something like:

those numbers on the left (36d....) are the folders. An example is 36d0, which I think is always the calendar.
The numbers on the right (00010004767fde45) are the direct references (dref).

Make a note of these:

now go to the rogue folder(s) and look at the dref (use the "r" command to read the entry), if it matches on of those drefs, its the correct folder, if it does not, its the rogue folder.
If there are items in the folder, move them to the correct folder, then delete the folder in omcontain.
