Outllok Calendar Reminders not working

We've been using Scalix 9.2 and the Scalix Connector 9.2.1 for nearly 6 months now in conjunction with Outlook 2003. We migrated from an Exchange 5.5 setup using the CompuSven tools.

This morning, one of my users reported that appointment reminders from his Calendar weren't working. While running through some troubleshooting steps, I realized that my reminders weren't working either. At this point, I don't know if this problem is limited to just myself and the one user as I've not heard any other complaints yet.

I did a brief scan of this forum and did not see anything that was similiar.

How can I correct this problem?

This is a problem that we fixed in the 9.4.2 patch that was released earlier this month. You will have received notification if you have a current support contract. This included the download instructions.

If you've mislaid your instructions, please mail the support mailbox and we can get them to you.

I'm assuimg you're referring to a Scalix Connect patch/version. Will the "9.4.2 patch" work with my 9.2 server? I'm not yet prepared to upgrade the server.
