When I try to import contacts from the SYSTEM address book into the personal contacts, the e-mail address is in an unusable format.

Example: "Bob Dobbs /scalix0/cn=Dobbs\,\ Bob"

What gives?

That would be the internal address (x400 I believe). Exchange also does something similar. It is usable in your Scalix used environment. However, if you are synching out contacts, say to a handheld or whatnot, it becomes a hassle, as most would prefer the standard email format address (x@y.z).

So, that is my explanation of it, but I so far don't have an answer on how to go around that to always get the internet email address as opposed to the x400.

So... Is there a way to export these so that handhelds can utilize them?

Another situation, I have a user that has always been in the office and now is moving remotely. I would like to set up IMAP in Outlook and am having a hard time getting a functional contact list exported.
