Cannot access sub-folders in Outlook

I am sending and receiving email just fine, but whenever I try to access a subfolder in Outlook I get this message:
Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the specified folder location.
I imported my old PST after creating a 'Scalix' account. Everything seemed to come over okay. In fact, I CAN access all folders and subfolders using SWA. Any ideas?

If you can see the folders in SWA, then they must exist on the server.
You could verify this using omcontain (a low level admin toom).
It sounds to me like one of two things:
1. For some reason the permissions have got screwed up
2. There is something in the folders that Scalix Connect isn't liking
Can you right-click on the subfolder, select properties and then look at the permissions tab?
Does this happen with *all* subfolders or just subfolders of a particular parent?
Scalix Connect certainly supports sub-folders, so there must be something specific about these folders or the way they got created that is giving you the problem.
I assume when you say imported your PST, do meant copying the contents of the PST to the Scalix store, rather than just simply adding the PST to the Scalix profile (which you can do).
Can you give us any other clues here?
Cheers,
JG

Weel, it's working now. I just had to reboot my laptop.
I think it may have had something to do with me accessing webmail (and moving some emails around) while Outlook was still open....
Thanks

Sometimes Outlook goes a bit nuts too. You can fix it by going to start|run and typing
outlook.exe /resetfolders
This also fixed problems where system folders are recreated over and over and over. Typically this happens if you omcpoutu a user, delete them, and then omcpinu, but don't change anything on the desktop. Outlook seems to get REALLY confused.
