Not sure if this is an Outlook issue or a Scalix issue.
Occasionally, when I try to access a folder I get a dialog stating "Operation failed" and in the viewing pane where the emails are usually listed it says "Cannot display information. There is either a problem connecting to the server or an error occurred. Try starting Microsoft Office Outlook again."
I originally thought it was a problem with sorting and grouping because at first it only appeared when I tried to access a folder that I have sorted and grouped by multiple fields, but it's been happening on folders with default sorting and grouping now too. If I navigate to another folder and then back again, it usually fixes itself, though sometimes I have to do this two or three times. I've also noticed this issue with other users so it isn't just limited to one profile.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
