I have got the delegation fully working.
I have mailboxes called sales@mydomain.com and accounts@mydomain.com
I have delegation set up with sales1@mydomain.com and sales2@mydomain.com sending as sales@ people and a similar set up for accounts.
I have set the --sender switches.
Is there a way to permanently set the "send as" address to sales@ or accounts@ as my users keep forgeting to set this and emails are leaving the domain as sales1@ and accounts2@ etc..... As each time they compose a new email it reverts to sales1@ accounts2@ etc
I am using 11.4.6 with outlook 2003 sp3 and outlook 2007 mixed.
Please could you also tell me if I should forward all messages from the 2 master accounts to each delegate account or open the mailbox each time in each delegate account. Recomendations?
