I have a user that has started to receive an error message from the scalix connect (V11.4.5.9045). The tray icon indicates an error. The sync log has the following in:

The user had an email in their Outbox at the time (they had tried to continue using Outlook and ok'ing the error). The email hasn't left the Outbox and will not send. The SWA does not seem to be affected but the mesasge in the Outbox is not there.
I notice there is another message in the section about this error but that thread seemed to have dry up. I do not think this is the same as the bug reported here https://bugzilla.scalix.com/show_bug.cgi?id=18910 as the user is on connect version 11.4.5.9045. I recently re-created the user's smartcache for non-scalix reasons (to do with domain migration).
Does anyone have any tips to help me track this down? Should I just recreate the smart-cache?
