For a matter of lucky coincindences we have scaled down to the most frequent reason causing permission errors while users try to move messages (drag and drop) into external pst files or into different folders within the same mailbox: it' outlook preview pane.
If you disable preview pane or if you try to move a message which is not currently selected (not active in preview) then all errors disappear.
