When you schedule an appointment with another user, the Outlook client needs to look up their Free/Busy data from the server.
To do this, there is a mapping on the server between mailnode and server name so that the Scalix Connect providers can then log on to that server to obtain the data.
If you run the command
on the server, this will display the mapping. I'm assuming that you only have one server in your Scalix network so the mapping should always show the same name as the server.
If this data is not correct, you can run the command
to clear out the mapping. It will be rebuilt automatically when people request the data again.
If the server name is correct, it's possible that there is a short time attempting to look up the server via DNS.
Cheers
