Create Rule "pre-filled" function

Outlook has the facility to create a rule based on an open email.
When using local rules (i.e. ctrl-shift-Create Rule) or Outlook without the Scalix Connector, it is easy to create a rule based on the email, as shown by the following screen shots:
However, Create Rule with the Scalix Connector just provides a standard dialogue box listing existing rules. To create a rule, one must click New... and then create a new rule from a blank rule as shown in the following screen shot:
Is there any way to create a "pre-completed" Server-based rule? If not, can this be added to the list of feature requests.
