Unexpected sync error type 14: ''

I've got very severe problems with the connector, both 11.4.5 and 11.4.6. It usually takes me three or four reboots to get Outlook to start up in a morning.

Anyway I have another PC which is giving me an 'unexpected sync error type 14:. Can anyone suggest what might be causing this. Once I hit it then that pc cannot send e-mail until a reboot.

...and please don't suggest removing and recreating the profile. I'm doing about half our machines here once a week to keep them going and it's a severe user pain to lose signatures, stored addresses etc.

Have you checked the SmartCache sync logs?

From the Outlook client: Tools -> Scalix SmartCache -> Show SyncLog
