I have an issue where Outlook 2003 is crashing for multiple people. How do I resolve this?

Describe "crashing".

Is there anything in the scalixmail.csv and/or scalixmail_crashtail.csv files?
They are usually in C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Local directory but this is configurable.

Any disabled plugins? (Help -> About -> Disabled Items)
