Scalix Server Version : 11.4.5.13150
Scalix Outlook Connector Version: 11.4.5.9045
Outlook 2007 SP2
User Mailbox Size: 3.5GB
We are experiencing strange issues with one particular user, the user is unable to receive any new mail unless he shutdowns Outlook and reopens the mail client.
This has all of a sudden started to happen, the user has a massive folder structure (the largest in the company) and nothing has changed in terms of windows updates, Scalix updates or anything like that.
I have already deleted his profile once before when this problem first began, re-created the profile and rebuilt his Scalix Cache - problems was eliminated for about 1 week and then returned.
Please could someone shed so light into this issue - which I would really appreciate
