Outlook and POP3

Hello,

I have a strange problem with Outlook configured to use POP3. All messages sent to external addresses are being rejected.

If I use another POP3 mail client such as Mozilla Thunderbird and the same account it all works OK?

Do you have to set up Outlook Security?

What is the rejection you are getting ? Have you configured Outlook to authenticate with your SMTP server ?

The problem was at the Outlook end. And was as you say related to authentication with the SMTP server. :oops:
