cannot save mesages in msg-format outlook2003

Hello,

A user have a WIN7 Notebook and cannot save messages with outlook2003 in msg-format. He use a 11.4.5 Server and connector with smartcache. The error message says "Min one element contains corrupt data" ("mindestens ein Element enthält korrupte Daten").
It is possible to save the mails as .txt, the attachment separately but not together in .msg-format.
In the first time there are no problems, the problems begin at start of march - are there problems with windows updates? We use AVG as virus-scanner at the workstations.
If the same user log into a WinXP machine with 11.4.2-connector everything works fine - so IMHO the messages cannot be corrupt.
Resetting the cache didn't change anything.

same situation
after upgrade from 11.4.2 to 11.4.5 have we got many problems with the outlook 2003 export/archive function.
only sxmboxexp and sxmboximp help. but then you will lost the messages!
