How do you define "every message"? Does this relate to your mailbox, to every address in the system, incoming, outgoing...?

let explain it this way:
I have an exchange account where I can set me to cc for all outgoing messages. This is cool, because can see what i write without searching in the big sent messages folder.
I was looking for the same function in scalix, but without success.

This feature is heavily discussed on other forums. However, it is not possible with the Scalix Rules Wizard in Outlook. It would be a client-side feature only and with the "client of choice" strategy of Scalix it will be hard to convince the product team that this feature is really useful.
But you can try to adjust the SendItem method from Outlook with VBA. See http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies-archive.cfm/1146611.html for an example.
Security warnings can be overridden on the server as described in the Scalix Client Deployment Guide.

Why is this feature not useful. I would say that 70% of my colleagues at work use that cool feature of exchange. I use scalix only for private mail and our community, but i can imagine that enterprise customer would like to have this feature.

If you send a message with another client like SWA or any Mobile Client it wouldnt be CCed with a client-only rule in Outlook.
The server-side rules are currently inbound only, they are handled by the Local Delivery.
There are discussions for a redesign of the rules mechanisms. But this is not planned for Scalix 11.
