Change FROM name

Jane Doe got married, new name Jane Jones. I can't find where to make this change so her emails go out with the new name in the FROM field.

Outlook 2000 and Outlook plugin.

I'm sure it's simple, but my brain is fried trying to recover a 2GB plus PST file on another person's PC...

For internal messages you need to change S and CN, for external messages the new name should be the first in the list of internet-addresses.
Both can be done with ommodu or SAC.
