Group-by in Outlook

I have played with the group-by feature in my Sent-items folder, but I can't manage to turn it off again.

I've moved all the fields, from my Group-By box, so there's only "Date" left (greyed out). I've tried switching it off in "Customize Current View", I've tried dragging all the entries from the "Group By" box, so it's empty.

Each of these worked, until I click on another folder, then return to my Sent Items, or close and restart Outlook, then they are applied again. It is also applied across different profiles, so if I open another mailbox, it's Sent-Items is also sorted in the same way.

Any help would be appreciated.

Which version of Outlook are you using for this ? I've done some basic testing with Outlook 2003 and I can remove the "Group By" view.

I'm using Outlook 2003 as well. It may be something not right in my OL, will test that first.

Go to View/Arrange By/Custom/Reset Current View. Click on ok to restore defaults. I saw this with the mailbox you sent.
