Don't know where should I put this thread, so I put it here.

Just wonder is it possible to set delegates without logging in as the user but get this done via a query
of the Scalix system as admin?

The case is the guy is away but I need to set delegates so that other people can get access to his mailbox. I have full peimissions on sac.

Thx in advance.

You can only define delegates through a client, when you're logged into the principal's account.

Your options are:
1) Change the person's password, log in as him, and set the delegation
2) Use sxaa to create a redirect of emails to another user or distribution list (this will only forward new messages, the old ones won't get forwarded)

There will be a sxdelegcfg command in 11.4.6 but as far as I know this is only available from the commandline, not from SAC.

Sorry, my fault. The target for this enhancement is Scalix 11.5. (Bug 4906).
I just thought that it will come in 11.4.6 because I have already seen it in a lab enviroment.
