Blocked Attachments in OL2k3 SP3

Hi Guys

i have the problem that my outlook clients are blocking some attachments(*.tmp, *.ade, ...)
By default i can set an regkey and disable the blocking (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Security\Level1Remove)
So it doesn´t work with SX-Outlook clients!

Anybody has an idea?
